What is your typical response time?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business hours during standard support hours. Complex queries may require up to 24 hours for a detailed response. Urgent matters can be marked with [URGENT] in the subject line, though additional charges may apply during active projects.
What is "NWG Digital AB"/"Newgent"?
NWG Digital AB, also known as Newgent (Digital), is a Swedish-registered limited company (aktiebolag). Newgent exists primarily to facilitate administrative and financial operations for business-to-business (B2B) services both within Sweden and internationally—functioning as a creative service agency.

Most documentation you receive whilst working with me will reference either "Newgent Digital" or "NWG Digital AB". This includes correspondence addresses and bank account details for payments.

How do you handle payments?
I accept payments through Stripe, which supports all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, Sofort and more.

For Swedish clients, I also accept Bankgiro payments. Electronic invoices are processed via Bokio using Crediflow in the PEPPOL BIS Billing 3 format.
What are your pricing structures?
I offer two primary pricing structures:
• One-time project fees with clear deliverables and milestones
• Monthly retainers for ongoing services and support

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Enterprise clients may opt for traditional invoicing with agreed payment terms.
How is VAT calculated for my specific situation?
VAT application varies based on your location and business status:
• EU Businesses: Reverse charge mechanism applies (valid VAT ID required)
• Swedish Consumers: 25% VAT applies, as per Swedish law
• Non-EU Clients: Generally 0% VAT

All applicable VAT will be clearly itemised on your invoice. Business clients must provide valid VAT identification numbers to qualify for reverse charge treatment.
