  • Attribution must be provided unless explicitly waived.
  • Content cannot be sublicensed or resold unless specified in the agreement.
  • Usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Attribution guidelines

  • Photo credit format: 'Photo by William Hallin (hallin.media)'
  • Design credit format: 'Design by William Hallin (hallin.media)'
  • Attribution should be clearly visible and legible in final usage.
  • For digital use, attribution can be in metadata or visible credit line.

Prohibited uses

  • Content may not be used for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
  • No use in pornographic, discriminatory, or politically sensitive content.
  • Cannot be used to create competing stock photography or design assets.
  • No use in ways that could damage the reputation of the original work.

License Transfer & Termination

  • Standard and Extended licenses are non-transferable between entities.
  • Exclusive licenses may include transfer rights upon agreement.
  • License termination requires removal of all licensed content from use.
  • Breach of license terms may result in immediate termination and legal action.
